“Has anyone tried this product to replace an Xbox One X HDD to SDD?”

• You can use it via the USB connection but it doesn't replace the physical HDD in the Xbox. Hardware Canucks has a fantastic video on this subject.

• I used it for the ps4. I'm sure somewhere in the internet world some has used it for the Xbox. Give it a search
