If you have never seen or bought an Arcade1up machine, it is not so much a machine like the classic coin-op arcade cabinet, but more like a piece of furniture you buy from a department store that you have to assemble. it is a flat box you open and assemble with the wood screws and wooden dowls etc. Arcade1up does warranty the products they sell and if the box is damaged, I would assume best buy would return it and refund/replace in the first 14 days. If it is after the 14 days then Arcade1up would warranty the product. Most likely they would help troubleshoot the issue and send you a replacement piece, but you would still be responsible for disassembly and replacement of the new part. But again, as it is like assembled furniture it is not that hard.

They provide you with excellent customer service and they are very easy to work with if there are any issues with any of their cabinets. I have only had 1 issue with a cab purchased from them and it was an easy fix. They sent me a replacement part within about 2 weeks and I was able to do the install myself easily. Arcade1Up ROCKS!!!!!
