A:Answer The camera is not included. You need WiFi for the camera to work, but not for the solar panel. Be aware that if you buy the Arlo essential camera that is compatible with this solar panel, you have to pay $10/mo if you want any videos to save. They no longer have the free 7 day rolling storage that came standard with the arlo pro and pro2. If I could do it all over again, I would not go with the Arlo system, and I definitely would not have purchased this joke of a solar charger.
