• I’m not a real tech wiz, but I don’t think that Arlo would operate well on a cellphone hotspot (or if it would even setup that way). And when you left the area of the camera you would lose internet connection for the camera and then the camera would be useless. But my suggestion is ask the geek squad at Best Buy and hear their thoughts on it.

• No, The camera must have a wireless internet source. Then you can access it from your phone anywhere, as long as you have internet at home.

• I'm not sure haven't tried that but if u can connect the Arlo Q camera to your phones hotspot then maybe it'll use that connection as the router
