Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends upon the expected download MB. I had the Blast! service w/ 200MB and it worked fine. When I upgraded to 400MB, it did not increase the download throughput. The Arris customer service was reading from the standard documentation which said the capacity is 686MB -- did not work. The best I could get was 120MB. According to the Xfinity tech, the Arris device has only 16 channels and in order to accommodate 400MB, it needed 25. I have to change to a different model.
