This router should work since it has 2.5 and 5.0 ghz signal options. Depends on how big your house is though. Most smokers don’t use a ton of data. I have a screw in light bulb cam about 90 feet from my router on the outside of my house and I’ve always been able to access the live feed. There’s a delay sometimes with notifications needing like 30 seconds to download a recording but still connects fine.

The best option would be a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem - either the SB8200 or the S33 - paired with a mesh Wi-Fi Router - either the W121 or W133. The modems mentioned will give you the highest download speeds from your Spectrum plan and the mesh systems will give you fast Wi-Fi and whole home coverage. They come with 2 routers in the kit and you can purchase an additional 3rd router, if necessary. But those 2 routers cover up to 5,500 sq ft so you likely wouldn't need another unless you are covering a space larger than that.
