Does this work with OOMA VOIP? null

It will work with Ooma voice if you have a separate router

Yes, you can use your Ooma adapter with T25 device, however note that T25 already has 2 VOIP ports that can be used so ideally there shouldn't be a need to use the Ooma adapter unless you have more than 2 VOIP phones to use
