Solved this by the way. The in-game store says to purchase the Deluxe Pack, but I already have all of the items, it does not indicate that it is "Purchased" like with the Season pass and others. So it is a defect on the Developer's side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There wasn't a code for deluxe pack. When you enter season pass code, you'll see the deluxe pack items in your download queue as well. Calamity blade and a couple other items. It all came together.

It looks like your purchasing them but if you have already put in the code it will just kick off the download. It was very confusing at first.
