A:AnswerMake sure that the cord is fully plugged in to your headset all the way, it should make a very clear click sound. This is a very common problem. If not, try unplugging the cord from both sides(controller and headset) and then plug them back in. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerMy son's had the same problem and his was as simple as them not being plugged in all the way. So we unplugged the cord from both the headset side and the controller side, then re-installing them and everything worked just fine. I hope your issue is as simple as mine was. if not then you may need to contact Astro under the manufacturer warranty.
