QuestionI purchased two sets for my husband for christmas. one for each floor and tv. everytime he walks around they stopworking, if he puts the tv on hold to go do something else they stop working, if he fast forwards thru commercials they stop working. Help

- Answer You need to update these headsets or they won’t work if you have windows 10 go to the Microsoft store on your computer and download the Astro application and update them the link on the paper in the box won’t work if you have windows 10 I had the same problem

QuestionDoes this headset have mic monitoring? My 1st gen Rig LX800 barely has any. I frequently find myself yelling because I don’t know how loud I am and can’t hear myself.

- Answer With the Astro command center software you can enable and disable monitoring. I personally don’t like hearing myself during gameplay but you can adjust it via the software

- Answer Yes! It is want you connect for the Xbox one s or x. I don't have the latest Xbox but I am guessing it will use the usb. I did check with the manufacturer and they claim it is compatible with Xbox including the new one. I just haven't tested that yet.
