A:AnswerThis is entirely related to the brand Astro, not bestbuy as far as I am aware it is something Astro sets. Based off their margins and their decision they priced it at $100.
A:AnswerThe only difference is the "CHAT". If you do like me, and hook it to your TV Optical, and use a switch box to have it work with all systems, Roku, etc.. then for Audio it works fine. If you want to do in game chat, that is where you would have to go with one base or the other, for Xbox or PS4. I do understand they are doing an update so it will work with Xbox Series X/S, and PS5.
A:AnswerThe answer to this is the people who had them already are with Best Buy’s invite only program. The program is for those who review products regularly! I kinda feel it’s ridiculous how they get it earlier than us ( PAYING customers) but I guess that’s just how the cookie crumbles.
A:AnswerYes you would need more equipment if you want to use the mic. I have personally tried everything but no one can hear me and my voice is not picked up when recording video. I was told a optical to hdmi adapter will be needed. An hdmi converter with optical port can be used too.
A:AnswerNo, bought a Sony 6600 lens defected with issues, they said Lens couldn’t be repaired it costs as much as value of product, so rather than repairing it they tried to offer store credit, & there wasn’t any in stock. After 3 weeks, 2+hrs geek guy said warranty does not give money back it gives store credit only so if they no longer have product you can’t do anything, it can’t be purchased anywhere else.
