“When was this released and when does the auto updates expire?”

• The Chromebook was released 2020. Per Google policy, OS auto update expiration is usually after 6 years product was released.

• I purchased this device based on the ASUS answer of six years from now, but when I received and updated the machine today it says the device will only get updates through 2024. Is that correct?
