I don't think so. iTunes is an individual, executable program. Chromebooks are basically strong netbooks built around Google's construct. So you could access iCloud since it's on the internet, but you shouldn't be able to download programs such as iTunes. It does bear apps such as Play Music, etc. for music playing. However, these won't sync to your iTunes nor allow you to import what's stored on your iTunes library.
