No you do not need to worry about spyware or viruses

It's technically built into the machine, but that's doesn't mean you should not worry about it at all. I still stick to websites that I know and stay away from fishy-looking links.

The Chrome OS / Chromebook is locked down nice and no additional virus protection is needed...I feel so safe when surfing the internet knowing that i am automatically protected...
