“Cannot Open CD Drive Is there a way to open the CD drive? It's just a plastic part on the right side of the laptop that doesn't have an eject button. Is it correctly advertised? Thanks!”

hold it for 1 second and wait it will open, if not you have a bad one.

yes there is a button on the CD door.

It should be on the right side, mine has a little button in the middle of it that you press.

Press the front bezel or cover of the Optical Disk Drive to open the tray.

You should try ejecting from commanding it via your computer. If the disk driver is not ejecting, there may be hardware issue.

There is a button right on the cd drive door middle right. hope this helps

The button is there but can be difficult to push. I thought the same when I first got mine. Maybe if you look closely and use your fingernail.
