I found the same problem and it is annoying. Usually I try out the computers in the store first but none was available in the store and I waned one with Windows 7 Professional and not Windows 10 -- so I wasn't aware of the computer not having any keyboard lights.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My laptop doesn't have a caps lock light, or numbers lock light either. IMO it seems rather cheap on the part of Asus to exclude those two lights.
