It comes out with 3 or 4 screws after removing the bottom plate. Asus recommends against it but I don't see it is any different than changing RAM or the hard drive. If you are not comfortable doing those, I would avoid doing it yourself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been able to change all the batteries on my laptops myself, some of them have a few screws you have to remove first and some have a clip to clip the battery in and out of the laptop. It is pretty easy to do.
