Yes, it can be plugged-in all the time. The battery needs to be removed if the laptop was remained plugged-in to prolong its life.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had this laptop for a month and the Asus power management seems to automatically stop charging once the battery is full. It will recharge again at a certain threshold. I think mine kicks on again at 95%.

The battery will of course get warped after a while for being plugged in all the time. But the answer is to buy a new battery later down the road not that big a deal batterys are like $40. But no the laptop itself should be fine. Just let it hibernate every once and awhile so it doesn't over heat.
