Is the keyboard backlit? null

No :( Only thing I don't like about it.

Yes, it is backlit. But this is mainly a gimmick. It doesn't make the keys any more visible. It's just a subtle, reddish effect that gives the impression that you are typing on some black pieces of charcoal that are somewhat glowing from the fire underneath them. For some reason, the keys W, A, S, and D. are somewhat more lighted than the others. But none of the keys really light up, like some telephones used to be lit, so you could see the keys in the dark. No, this red backlighting is mainly a gimmick.

The keyboard of this model unit does not have a backlit feature.
