under the keyboard...24 is ENOUGH....no need to tear open the laptop and void the warranty

Please try again later.2 slots you can get to from the bottom. the other 2 slots you have to undo some screws, then basically take out the keyboard and get to it from there. i believe there are videos on youtube. you dont need your exact model. just a similar one. most will be the next model up with the gtx 970 or the 980 gtx card. but they are all built the same as far as hard drive bays and were the ram goes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is underneath where the motherboard is. You have to take the laptop apart and lift the keyboard up to get at the bottom 2 ram slots. there is a utube video showing you how to do it. It voids your warranty.
