Can this Laptop handle Diablo 3 Reaper Of Souls, World Of Warcraft Legion which is the new expansion pack that's coming, BF4, Wildstar and other titles on Ultra settings?... YES 2. Can the Ram be upgradeable to 32GB of Ram if needed by me? 16 would be best as the last 2 slots are under the keyboard..NOT worth the VOID...16 runs everything perfect...having 32 only gives you 5 percent extra performance..UNLESS you need it for GRAPHIC work or photo....gaming only needs 16.... 3. I noticed for Ethernet, is it a Killer based chipset? no but really good set...its 5g and gigabit on ethernet...RUNS FLAWLESS 4. I'm assuming it does but want a conformation can this Laptop run Windows 10? PERFECTLY and recommended 5. I've seen another question but I want another conformation, Can I replace the internal drive to something bigger size capacity, ie bigger SSD / 2TB Laptop drive? YES you can 6. Noticed it does have an internal optical drive I'm guessing its fixed & cannot be removed to add another HDD inside correct? As I'm planning on purchasing a external bluray drive as this unit doesn't include one. can be removed if you wish...VERY easy...and you can install and SSD or HD there at sata 2 speeds...they sell a plastic cover to use for the side Thanks... Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i am not a expert but will try to help out as best i can. 1. this laptop can run new games on ultra to high settings and get 60+ fps. i love it. there may be a few that you would have to adjust some settings lower but i am pleased and for a laptop and price. there are videos out now for games. i dont have them all. i mostly am playing cod4 and csgo. 2. yes the ram can be upgaded to 32 gigs. it has an 8 gig stick in it already. this is under the keyboard. there are 2 slots from the bottom that are easy to get too. and the last slot is under the keyboard as well. there are videos on youtube as well for this. just have to undo some screws and then get the keyboard out and you can get to the 2 slots. 3. i dont know how to look up what it has. i know it does the job for me. i have 110 mbps download and it is able to get that. 4. i upgraded mine to windows 10 and it is great. 5. you can replace the hdd as long as you get the correct type. you can also just add another into it. i kept the 1tb 5400 rpm in it ( i hate redoing the os and things) and just added a 240 gig SSD into the second bay. will upgrade that to 500+ gig later on but for now works. 6. i believe a lot of drives can be removed or replaced. so you could upgrade the drive itself. i just got myself an external blue ray as well and this way if i burn i have 2 drives. what i am not sure on though is if you can remove it to add another hard drive. sorry to not be more help. may be able to see videos online that may help out some more. overall though i am pleased with this laptop. it was either this model with the gtx 965 or the gtx 970 model. i went with this because it was on sale and i was able to add 16 gigs ram, a 240 gig ssd drive, a 2 tb external hard drive, a gaming mouse and mouse pad. plus a laptop bag and cooling pad and came to just a little more then the base model for the gtx 970 which everything else was the same.

Ethernet = 1Gbps (RealTek GBE controller and Mobile Intel HM87 Express chipset) 2. yes - 2 empty slots - the 8GB that comes with is soldered on main board 1. google.com is your friend - the NVIDIA chipset is GEFORCE965M
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't answer all parts of your question, but I'll answer what I can: 1. I don't think it can handle Ultra settings, but I couldn't tell you from personal experience as the most intensive game I've played is Dragon Age: Inquisition on normal settings. (which it does well, with a much shorter loading screen than my previous laptop) 2. No idea. I don't play with my hardware. (sorry!) 3. Again, not a clue. (and again, sorry.) 4. Yes. Upon initial startup, when signing into your microsoft account, the laptop will ask permission to download Windows 10. It's a painfully long download, but 100% worth it (I never liked 8) 5 & 6 are more questions I can't answer. Though I didn't answer everything, I hope I was of some sort of help.
