In settings->updates there is a back up and restore option. You can create a full backup image ( ghost copy ) of computer, system restore, and a few other options.

Basically you need to use a thumb(usb) drive or external usb HD to create the system recovery drive: right click on the windows start - click on Control Panel - click on system and security - click on back up and restore (windows 7) here is the direct path:Control Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore (Windows 7) on the left side find and click on create a system image - another box will open asking: Where do you want to save the backup? and plug in your device into an open usb slot - then click on the first option for HD click next and follow the prompts. This will create the Windows 10 OS for you to use if you need to restore the OS - you can also create a system repair disk (recommended) from the 'back up or restore your files' screen. Hope this helps.
