What is the screen max brightness/contrast ratio? null

I asked asus.com support, they told me model Q553UB have Contrast Ratio : 700 and Surface Luminance, white : 300 cd/m2. So what accurate? Contrast ratio 700 or 500? Brightness 220nits or 300nits?

The screen's max brightness/contrast ratio are 500:1 contrast ratio; 220 nits brightness.
