• Mine came with Windows 10 installed from the factory

• Bought mine on 9/11 and Win 10 was preinstalled. Did update video drivers before playing games though.

• Windows 8 upgraded to Windows 10 in the store. I left mine in BB overnight to get Windows 10 installed.
