A:AnswerI wouldn't rely too much on the wireless card if that is what your using. I found that using the wireless slows down the system or could have been this other thing. I also discovered a process that was running really heavy on this rig that was also slowing it down. I found the process and looked it up and the forum gave a solution to the issue with the process and I was able to resolve it. No more problems and I don't remember the name of the process but look at your task manager and it will be using about 35% of the CPU at all times.

A:AnswerYes the Desktop can be upgraded, RAM and Video card. Not sure on the processor you may want to check the Asus website. It comes with a headphone jack on top and in back if you need one. works good.
