“Is the rgb on this gpu static or does it rotate? What I mean is if the rgb on the gpu is stuck to one color of choice OR its able to cycle between colors. My mobo is a Asus strix that's rgb cycles, it'd be nice if this gpu could match with it.”

You can choose from many different patterns on the GPU and I’d assume on your Mobo as well. Asus makes a software you can download to change the color/pattern. I have the RGB completely turned off on mine.
