Where n how to get all programs?? null

Download "Classic Shell" from the internet. It's been around for years now.

All programs hasn't really existed for a while. The closest thing to it is when you hit start you can scroll down and see most of the programs you have installed. If you want to find a specific program just type it into Cortana and it should bring it up.
