QuestionI tried to connect the laptop to LG 27UD68 using the HDMI port, but in display settings I only see 1920x1080 as the max resolution. Since this laptop comes with an i7 + HD620 I thought it could drive a 4k monitor. Do anyone have any advice?

- Answer Make sure you install the drivers for the monitor, also make sure that you have the settings on the monitor set to 4k. This is a pretty common problem with that monitor. The computer can output in 4k. If all else fails try disabling the display on the laptop.

- Answer Was it for a windows Pro upgrade? I doubt they sold a key for windows 10 home. She might have needed the upgrade for work, maybe be more specific with a question like this - like provide the receipt.

- Answer no. it's not HDMI input but HDMI output. So you can hook this laptop up to your TV, for example to play games on your TV screen.

- Answer Photoshop takes nothing to run, it will run it fine. If you are doing very heavy video editing, get a quad-core processor, if you are just editing a bit, it's totally able to run that just fine.

- Answer There is no shell for any 2-in-1 ever, it is not physically possible. As far as styluses, the only ones that will work with it are bubble styluses, i.e. the ones that just fake being your finger.

- Answer Do you mean power cord, or power supply? Ours came with a wall wart-style supply (prongs built into the power supply). In general, you should only use the exact same model power supply with any computer. Unless you can find out for sure, you don't know how the duties of charge control are divided between the power supply and the computer mother board. Because of that issue, connecting a third-party supply is unwise and could void the warranty.

- Answer You might have to call Microsoft customer service to activate office on a new computer. It comes with an HDMI port plus 2 usb 3 and a usb c port (3 total) No cd/dvd drive.

- Answer They are pretty similar... if you were saying Lenovo. And it really depends on which specific model you are looking at. But I'd recommend Lenovo if comparing the same tier products.
