- Answer 16GB is all you can get with this laptop. The RAM is not upgradeable because the RAM is soldiered onto the motherboard

- Answer I have seen some reviews on youtube playing civilazation VI with no problem. But the fallout was laggy. I am playing PES 2016 with low- medium setting and is fine. I tried Fifa 17 demo and was fine as well.

- Answer No - this does not have the IR cameras needed for that. It does have a fingerprint reader that works very well for logging into Windows via Windows Hello.

- Answer We got this for my college-age daughter to replace a Surface Pro3. So far she is pretty happy with it and think that the price for a small, light laptop that has the latest i7 processor, 512Gb SSD and 16Gb memory was very reasonable. I recently got a desktop system that cost that much and had a smaller SSD.

QuestionTouchpad experience? Web reviews of lesser 360 Flip model report too much flex in the palmrest. Pressure (from palms & upward from legs) makes it flex around enough that the trackpad easily moves into a “clicked” position causing double/held clicks.

- Answer Although it is made very thin, but the body is not flexible and I had no problem with using touch pad while I was sitting on a coach. It is also not easy to bend that area!

QuestionYes, I am having the same problem, I thought with the SSD storage the machine won't heat up that much and the fan won't be running high. The noise of the fan interferes with my calls. Also why are the speakers not loud?

- Answer we haven't found the fan noise objectionable. Check your power settings and firmware updates to see if they've tweaked the fan operation. Any machine in this class, with this configuration, will generate a fair amount of heat.

- Answer No, this ultrabook has dual core CPU. Cpu with the model number end with "U" is dual core. If you are looking for quad core, it will be "HQ". But most likely not ultrabook.
