• A:Answer If you’re going to spend this kind of money on a monitor, you’ll want one with Freesync, not G Sync. They do the same thing but G Sync is only supported by nvidia cards. Freesync is for AMD which is what the One X uses.

• A:Answer FPS is really determined more by the graphics settings that you select in-game. That being said, the 1070 will allow you to use slightly higher settings for a similar FPS that the 1060 would give you at lower settings. You would also need a monitor that has higher than 180 hz refresh rate, otherwise your FPS will be limited to whatever the refresh rate your monitor is.

• A:Answer Technically it is active all of the time, but it is not like a Nintendo 3DS. It only does 3D when the graphics card tells it to. Example is when you put in a 3D movie.

• A:Answer This is mainly opinion based but I used the cf591 and found it to be not the greatest for gaming which this monitor is. I saw reviews on multiple of flickers, image ghosting, incorrect image coloring, which all are big parts of the gaming playback.

• A:Answer This monitor mounts perfectly with VESA. I have it on a dual monitor arm clamped to the side of my desk and it works flawlessly. In the attached picture thus monitor is the one on the right. And it mounds at the correct height aswell the only reason the other is higher is because I have to use an adaptor to VESA mount it.
