QuestionIs this 2021 RTX3080 model GC31S-004 officially supported with the ROG Flow X16 laptop? I have been trying to use a Flow X16 with this model and there are serious stability issues. I also have a Flow Z13 and this dock works flawlessly with that. Thanks.

- Answer Yes, the GC31S-004 is supported on the ASUS ROG Flow X16, please ensure Windows, chipset and video drivers are up to date.

QuestionPlanning on getting the 3080 version of the Xg mobile for my rog ally. Is the 3080 Xg mobile exactly like the laptop 3089 or does it perform closer to a 2070?

- Answer The XG Mobile 3080 performs similarly to a 3080 laptop with the ally. Tested it with 3D Mark and it gets just shy of 13000 in Time Spy.

- Answer You have probably answered your own question already, but yes, the dock is a legitimate gpu solution. It really increases the capability and performance of my laptop vs the internal 3050 card.

- Answer No, it only works with machines in the Flow range, which have a special port to support this dock. Which currently is the Flow X13, Flow Z13, and Flow X16.

QuestionI purchased an xg mobile about 4 months ago for my z13... worked great for a few months. Now it no longer charges my tablet while plugged in... so the tablet dies while being played... is there a fix for this?

- Answer The XG Mobile port is supposed to charge the tablet as well. It sounds like you have a faulty port.
