- Answer The website lists the new G15 as having Freesync. So not any of the certified G-Sync levels, but presumably the same general execution. The G14's version of Freesync was already fine and they had several work arounds, so I expect this to be even better.

- Answer I use a really cheap usb c to displayport cable and I can run my 240hz monitor fine. Thunderbolt is not needed as this is a ryzen laptop. It cant support TB

- Answer I read a review about the GPU available in this laptop and the results show that it's a GPU most closely comparable to a 2070 Super. This laptop uses the 80w variant of the GPU, and it boosts when in higher performance modes to around 90w. Here's the review. QuestionMy screen started flickering - seemed to be fixed once I turned off the AMD FreeSync but now it appears the screen brightness is still flickering. Any idea what could be causing this? Computer run excellent otherwise.

- Answer Screen no longer flickering. I switched the actual display resolution to 165hz instead of the base 60 it was already set at and the flickering went away immediately.

- Answer Yes. Most modern shooters will run 120FPS at those settings for both 1080p and 1440p. I dont play Minecraft, but it runs H*ll Let Loose, Battlefield V, and Insurgency: Sandstorm with absolutely no problems!

QuestionIs it possible for you to sell me the laptop with 32GB RAM? If yes, how much more does it cost?

- Answer Unfortunately, this particular SKU only comes with 16 GB of RAM. 8 GB is soldered onboard and the other 8 GB can be swapped for a different stick of RAM. In total the laptop can use up to 40 GB of RAM (8GB +32 GB). You would have to purchase your own RAM.

QuestionShould I buy this model of the G15 or buy the i9 & 3060 model of the M16? I'm really torn between the two.

- Answer I bought the M16 at first but returned it for the G15. The M16 battery life was around 5-6 hours daily use but I get around 8 hours on my G15. I suspect the i9 just isn't as efficient as the Ryzen 9 series since they both have the same battery size. I also had extreme backlight bleed on my M16 but that could've just been my specific model. Besides the backlight bleed, the screen on the M16 is slightly better than the G15 but wasn't a dealbreaker to me. Another thing was that the M16 color was much darker and attracted way more fingerprints than my G15.

- Answer Hey, I know I’m not support but I had to wait about a week for it to be available just two weeks ago. I added the product to my email in-stock reminders and it showed up fairly quick and once a day at least. A couple times it was sold out again by the time I got it into checkout but I got it eventually.
