• It works great with Oculus Quest and Virtual Desktop. Don't listen to the PC snobs, I run Half Life ALYX on mine with zero lag and High settings and haven't had any issues at all... and that's on VD.. not even with the Quest LINK...

• No In my experience it would stutter and get hot super fast. For a VR experience I learned desktop is best or a higher level laptop.
