• It has a second M.2 slot, but only support PCIe 3x2. If you upgrade, don't spend money on the faster NVMe PCIe 3x4 SSDs. Asus capped the bandwidth to half it's full potential.

• Yes, there is a second Nvme PCIE gen 3x2 slot inside the laptop.
