I’d say it’s perfect for that. It does hours of heavy gaming without any problems but is also thin and easily adjusts it’s power for light work like office programs or web browsing. I use mine for several hours of gaming every day but also use it when i’m on the couch doing spreadsheets or when organizing meals and recipes for the week in Paprika. It’s the best all-around laptop i’ve ever owned. It has RGB backlighting for the keyboard and is customizable with the Asus Aura program installed already.
