• A:Answer If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't. You can replace the RAM and hard drive, but laptop components aren't as simple to replace as a desktop.

Q: QuestionOn the manufactures specs it says for this exact model M15 GU502LU-BI7N4 that it supports up to 48GB of ram, your site says 24GB it also says this is a 512gb SSD but on the manufactures website it says 512gb NVMe M.2 Which is right?

Q: QuestionWhat is supposed to be a "normal" temperature while gaming?

• A:Answer On a desktop to shoot between 40 idle and 60ish playing games. Laptops well they are stupid hot always. This one will run in the 80s which could definitely effect the longevity of the cpu and gpu. Get a cooling mat it will kinda help but not a lot but anything is better than nothing.
