A:Answer I'm not sure why people on here say that the vents on the back (pointed at screen) are only for intake. I'd like to see where they're getting that information. The user manual for this laptop doesn't state that.
There are plenty of videos on youtube where people are testing the thermals of the laptop. They have heat guns to show where the hot spots are, and those vents are one of the hottest points on the laptop.
Also, as with most laptop design, cool air is pulled in from the bottom, and the vents on the side/back are almost always for blowing out hot hair.
