I believe they are comparable. I believe the TF0310C was built specifically for Best Buy for Black Friday. I even purchased an IVSO ASUS Transformer Pad TF103C Ultra Lightweight Slim Smart Cover Case which fit the TF0310C exactly. The difference between the two is the hardware configuration, specifically the CPU speed and memory size. The TF301C was not released in the US market.
