“How many Users does this tablet support. We have set up the tablet with a primary user and tried to add others. We can install 1 more without issue. When we try to install a second user the ADD USER is greyed out and not functioning. Spoke with Geek Squad and suggested a Factory Reset. We tried that with same results. Has anyone tried this or can anyone verify that 2 Users is what this tablet supports? Thank you.”

• Just to confirm you can add 2 additional user. Can you please try to do system restore again then update your firmware and if that doesn't work please email me at [email protected] and my is Mark.
