- Answer Please check if the laptop meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does, please ensure the laptop has the most current video driver and the monitor was configured properly inside the Display properties and the correct input source was selected from the monitor menu.

QuestionI just got this today, how come on the box and handbook its show 1MS MPST???????? when I buy this, its said 1MS GTG... even I call ASUS today. the CS told me that is 1MS GTG. I dont know whats going on.

- Answer The monitor has a 1ms GTG(Grey To Grey) transition of the pixel, faster response time is 1ms GtG display can have 16.7ms MPRT.

- Answer The monitor has an IPS panel, although LED panel is brighter, IPS provides better visual quality and maintain excellent on-screen performance.
