Will this item connect to Lego Mindstorm NXT 2.0? null

It depends on what you are trying to do with the Bluetooth. If you are just transferring files with the NXT Brick, yes, the BT211 can be used on your computer to do that. You cannot use the BT211 as a replacement for the NXT Brick as you need drivers installed to use this device.
