“Hi! So I saw this monitor on amazon and it said that you have to disable ELMB function to use adaptive sync/FreeSync and the pc that im gonna get is a Intel not an AMD so would it still be compatible?”

Adaptive/ Free Sync technology is compatible with PCs using an AMD graphics card. Without a compatible AMD graphic card you can still use the monitor but will not be able to use that feature.
