Yes, but also depends on what you are doing with it. If you just want secondary desktop monitor it's fine. I have used all kinds of different monitors for extra desktops does not matter the refresh rate. If you are doing some multi monitor gaming it will be very noticeable the 60 vs 144 hz 144hz will be smooth, 60hz will appear choppy compared to 144hz I have set one monitor to 60hz and the other to 144hz. dragging windows from 1 to the other you see the lag of the 60hz monitor. but does not affect usage at all. just maybe gaming you will notice the frame rates are slow in the 60hz.
