No but it comes with a free upgrade to windows 11

Mine came yesterday (2/3/2022) with Windows 11 'S' installed, so apparently they are now being delivered with 11 'S'. Note that 'S' is the 'safe' version of Windows 11 that only allows downloading software from the Windows store. However, it is easy enough to switch to full Windows 11. Once you do that, though, you can't go back to 'S'.

Windows 10 Home however, there will be a free upgrade to windows 11.
