QuestionThis might be a little confusing but bare with me. So I want to get this router but I don’t know if once when I buy it, who would I be paying monthly for the WiFi. I got CenturyLink. So do I keep on paying CenturyLink for the WiFi or do I pay Best Buy

- Answer This router does not have a monthly fee. Once you buy the hardware, it is yours to keep. You would need to contact an Internet Service Provider for access to the internet.

QuestionI have Hughes net I stream line with two TVs at same time and run two other devices like phones and tablets also at same time . I having buffering and loss of connection with WiFi on the tv . Would this router help this issue?

- Answer We have a different internet provider, but the issues you mentioned are exactly what we had in our household. Replacing the router worked for us and we haven’t had the connectivity issues since we made the change.

- Answer It should work. I use it to watch movies on my Firestick, although it does not run as fast as I would like. Many times I have to run the movie on a lower video quality so there is no buffering. Sometimes it seems like the time of day affects the speed. I am also using a very old Firestick, probably about 6-7 years old. When I use other apps on my Smart TV I have no buffering issues and can watch movies in 4K, so I think it a Firestick thing.

- Answer I would assume since that’s the service I have however I don’t have the necessary cords to program the device in order to set it up. We have 3 different computers and one iPad and none of them have the ability to download the app in order to get it set up

- Answer We don’t have the ring system and this wasn’t compatible with the router that I had without purchasing additional cords that were expensive. Had to return this item. Sorry couldn’t be more helpful
