Pretty sure they meant 128 MB SSD (solid state drive) + 1 TB HDD (hard disk drive). SSD is much faster but is also very expensive at the 1 TB size, so they use the 128 SDD to load the operating system on and any critical software and this helps it run and boot up very quickly. Then the 1 TB HDD is for extra storage (all your pictures).
