- Answer A spare power or AC adapter can be purchased at BestBuy, please contact BestBuy customer service at: 1-888-237-8289 for availability. The AC adapter part number is: 0A001-01120300. As long as the AC adapter has the following information, it will be safe to use, 6.0mm, Output: 20C DC, 10A, 200W, Input: 100~240V AC 50/60Hz univeral.
