“Does this phone work in Mexico ? I’m trying to get this for a family member over there but don’t want to just buy it and it won’t work.”

I bought this phone for my sister who was visiting from Mexico, her carrier is At&T. The phone worked right away, once we inserted the sim card the system detected Spanish as default language then we followed the screen step by step in less than 4 minutes she had a functional phone capable to work in US and Mexico. I live in Michigan, no issues at all due coverage. If the phone works here without any issues I'm positive it will be working in Mexico. Highly recommended!
