• According to the spec it is compatible. It uses Android Wear to sych with your phone.

• Yes, you can download the Asus Zenwatch app from the app store. It uses Bluetooth and is easy to pair. No issues so far on android or iOS.

• It will work. Set up and customization goes through the Android Wear app on the iOS app store. You won't be able to do some functions (replying to text messages from the watch is one of them I believe), but you should be able to receive calls, see notifications, customize the watch, use the health features (depends on the particular model of watch), and /most of the watch's functions. Check some other sources, as I am basing this knowledge on what others have told me.
