- Answer I tried it out. The phone number of the incoming call showed up on the handset while the line was already busy. So the short answer is that you CAN see the number.

- Answer On the side of the unit (not the handset, but the body that holds the handset), there is a circular ring on the right side. At the 12 o’clock position of the ring is “Play/Stop”, at the 6 o'clock is “Delete”. Other functions are at “3” and “9 o'clock”. Just press “Delete” and the message will be gone.

- Answer Yes, you can change the amount of rings. The instructions are on page 75 of the quick start guide. Press menu/select in idle mode. Press cid or dir to highlight answering sys, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight ans sys setup, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight # of rings, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to choose from 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or toll saver. Press menu/select to save.

Questiondo handsets use lithium ion batteries

- Answer I believe they are Lithium Ion batteries. They don't heat up when being charged, and stay cool when in use. They are pretty small, and easily replaceable, and hold a charge for a few days without being on the charger base.
